Ana Biolchini is a visual artist and body therapist, experimenting with different media: painting, video, installation, ceramics, photography, screen printing, embroidery, and actions, among others. With her Postgraduate, she investigates the intersections and integration of parts of the body through their representation in different media based on a thread that connects everything – the integration of mind, body, and spirit, towards the tangibility of subtlety, understanding the body as an integrated system of forces. Ana has participated in study groups on psychology, mythology, eastern philosophies, and Yoga and meditation practices. As part of her practice, the strong connection with physical and sensory body is protected. In her works, it is possible to perceive her constant search for unity. Ana investigates space through her art and research into memory, ancestry, religious traditions, the symbolism of Hebrew letters, meditation, and systems of archetypes related to dimensions of the collective unconscious.

Ana Biolchini’s solo exhibitions include: ConTemplo at Espaço Cultural Correios Niterói, Rio (2019); ImPlantAção at Centro Cultural Paschoal Carlos Magno, Rio (2018); and VazioPleno at Solar Grandjean de Montigny, Rio (2017).
