After Swiss Alps, Onyedika Chuke exhibits at Art Basel Switzerland 2016
Onyedika Chuke is a New York-based contemporary American Sculptor and Archivist born in Onitsha, Nigeria.
Chuke’s work is a dissection of human technological innovation, contemporary theories in politics, economics, architecture, and culture. His portfolio is a fragmented commentary of outdated technological practices, such as mold making techniques, to dismantle human tools of innovation and suspend them in time as broken, collective memories in a theoretical collection: ‘The Forever Museum Archive’.
