During her winter residency at SPACE, Jessica Segall developed 100 Years, All New People—an installation comprised of material collected at U.S. borders where asylum seekers have circumvented immigration control. A three-year project in the making this work is in direct dialogue with the shifting immigration policies of the current presidential administration.
This exhibition is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, Wood-Lee International Art Handler, and through individual artist funding by a Puffin Foundation Artist Grant and Foundation for Contemporary Arts Emergency Grant.
