Bio / Statement:

Guo Jing is a photographer and curator. She is currently employed by the Taizhou branch of industrial and commercial bank of China co., LTD. She is Art Director for the Shangtuf Image and Art Club, a representative of the Global Photographic Union (GPU), Chapter President of the Royal Photographic Society (RPS) Shangtuf Chapter, and a representative of The Photographic Society of New York (PSNY) in Zhejiang. She is a member of China Photographers Association (CPA) and Photographic Society of America (PSA). She obtained the AFIAP title  from the Federation of International Art and Photography and is Honorary Member of PSNY, Life-long Achievement by Image Colleague Society. She also received the Golden Horse Award, one of the highest in the photographic field. Since 2012, she has served as a jury member for the Trierenberg Super Circuit in Austria each year and in other prestigious  international competitions in Europe and the Middle East.

Since 2010 she has curated the following photo festivals in China:  Pingyao International Festival; China Lishui International Photography Cultural Festival; Photo Beijing; Shanghai International Photography Festival; China Qinghai International Photography Festival; Yixian International Photography Festival; Dali International Photography Exhibition. In 2012, she was invited to participate in the portfolio review at the Lishui International Photography Cultural Festival. In 2013 and 2015, she served as Chief Curator of the international section of the  Yixian Photography Festival and in 2014, as chief curator for the  Qinghai Sanjingyuan International Festival .
