Statement:
“I develop artistic/theoretical research projects by selecting and interpreting data and information sourced from books, journalistic investigations, and specialized research journals. I work across various mediums, primarily painting, drawing, sculpture, and installations. I’m interested in exploring the connections between systems shaping the concrete and logistical aspects of our lives in the social, cultural, political, and economic spheres, and how the values and beliefs underpinning these systems evolve.
Presently, my research delves into data technology and specialized information in economics and finance gathered from news agencies, stock indices, and print media. I aim to establish a body of work that narrates the context of recent events, outlining a field of specific circumstances describing economic liberalism and globalized capital. While observing strategies and alliances among governments of different nations, I depict the conflict of interests and ideologies, or conversely, the political statements that exclude minorities from decision-making within the current economic climate.”
