I feel lucky that my first ever residency happened to be at RU. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but these past three months have been amazing to say the least. I’m so happy with what I’ve accomplished. My relationship to art making has taken a definitive turn. And, I’ve made some really incredible friends and connections through the program.
Everyone at RU has been so helpful and supportive. Nathalie‘s leadership is exceptional, she’s doing a phenomenal job with the programming and in understanding the artists needs. It’s been a distinct pleasure and honour to be part of the residency, and now, the RU alumni family.
A big thank you to the whole team for choosing me! I would love to come back at some point in the future.
