As someone who has only recently arrived in New York, I found that most local artists and art professionals are familiar with RU, and being recognized as an RU resident artist has often worked in my favor. I am very grateful for that.RU is a great place to meet a variety of specialists. As someone who loves meeting new people, I really enjoyed the weekly meetings. I also find great value in being able to continue my connection with RU as an Alumni even after my residency period. Thank you so much!
