Flavia is a multifaceted professional as an independent curator, art director at Matias Brotas art gallery , and intellectual property attorney based in the southeast of Brazil.
We had the immense pleasure of meeting her at RU HQ in Carroll Gardens to discuss her residency!
On August 29 Flavia gave a presentation on how to foster and curate contemporary art in “off-center” locations, focusing specifically on the art scene and cultural spaces in Vitória, Brazil where she is based. We are thrilled to present our artists in residence through intimate interviews which delve into their character, works and relationship with this awe inspiring city!
