Cecilia is a Mexico City-based artist whose artistic research projects focus on developing narratives around recent events.
The group exhibition, “House of Confluence: Bricolage”, featuring Cecilia, was on view in August at the RU House on Governors Island. We had the immense pleasure of meeting her to discuss her residency! Cecilia Barreto’s residency is made possible with support from Saenger Galeria.
