Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. When we practice, we usually do so with closed eyes. This turns our focus inward, as well as heightens our other senses, allowing us to become more aware of ourselves and our surroundings. We can listen to our breath, our heart beat, our energetic vibrations — life that’s going on inside of us! When we focus on sensations, we can tune in to all that we have, the present, with all that we need, the breath.
On Saturday, October 30th we will practice yoga that focuses on breath work, movement, and tuning in with our physical, mental, and energetic bodies to have an experience of renewal and relaxation. All levels welcome. Come to breathe, to experience your inner vibrations and to raise your energy to merge with the creative flow in and around you.
