Özgür Demirci – Kayıt / Recording – Work in progress

RU artist /ArteEast grantee Özgür Demirci is filming at RU the making of the video "Recording" , where hand written script gradually disappears. "Recording" reflects the phenomenon of the extinction of languages. According to the UNESCO 15 languages in Turkey are in danger of becoming extinct, due to state policy and social pressure on minority languages.
