My time at RU was both grounding and expansive. It offered me an insightful glimpse into the complex strata of the contemporary
art world—something I thought I understood, but only began to truly grasp through the conversations, studio visits, and day-to-day
immersion that RU facilitated. The opportunity to connect with curators, artists, and organizers based not only in New York but
across the globe reshaped my understanding of how institutions and practices intersect internationally. There’s something
incredibly powerful about being in a space where dialogue flows naturally across disciplines, geographies, and career stages. It
helped me see the art world not as a hierarchy to ascend, but as a network of evolving relationships—something far more fluid,
and full of potential.
